From Performer to Producer
Maggie Monroe completed a dual major at Berklee College of Music in Songwriting and Music Production and Engineering. This combination allowed Monroe to produce like a cowriter, honoring the story of every song they are a part of. Vocal cracks and fiddle scratches have their time and place. Monroe guarantees not to strip away the character of the musicians they work with, but rather harness their skills into a compelling final recording. Along with their studies at Berklee, Maggie has competed an internship with Spectra Studios in Austin, TX where they worked underneath Grammy nominated engineer, Charlie Kramsky.
